摘要
针对铲运机工作装置传统设计方法的不足,提出在虚拟样机意义下的工作装置优化设计方法。根据铲运机工作装置的设计要求,建立了正转六杆工作装置的数字化样机模型和数学模型。采用虚拟样机技术对工作装置进行运动学和动力学仿真分析,针对仿真结果中存在的问题,采用智能优化算法进行优化设计,获得铲运机工作装置智能原型设计系统。对某型铲运机工作装置实施仿真优化,不仅实现了铲斗自动放平功能,铲斗平移性提高了90.13%,举升油缸的传力比提高了28.47%。
Traditional design method can not meet the design requirements for work mechanism of Load-Haul-Dump.Intellectual design approach based on virtual prototype for the work mechanism was proposed.According to the design requirements of the work mechanism,the digital prototype model and mathematics model for six bar work mechanism were built.By virtual prototype technology,the kinematics and dynamics of work mechanism could be simulated and the design models could be optimized by the intelligence optimization algorithms.The optimized results for some Load-Haul-Dump show that the bucket can automate-level;the translation performance of the bucket is improved by 90.13%;the scale of force of hoist cylinder is raised by 28.47%.
