摘要
报道了新显色剂2-(5-羧基-1,3,4-三氮唑偶氮)-5-二乙氨基酚(CTZAPN)分光光度法测定钒的条件。在pH7的NH4Ac缓冲溶液中,CTZAPN与V(Ⅴ)形成稳定的紫红色配合物,其配合比V(Ⅴ)∶R=1∶1,λmax=540nm,摩尔吸光系数2.32×104L·mol-1·cm-1。V(Ⅴ)在0~1μg/mL范围内符合比耳定律,且具有良好的选择性。所建立的方法已用于实际样品中钒的测定,结果满意。
n this paper,the conditions of colour reaction of a new reagent 2(5carboxy1,3,4triazolylazo)5diethylamino phenol with vanadium are reported.Results show that the new colour reagent reacts with V() to form a stable red complex (11) at pH7.The absorption maximum and apparent molar absorptivity are 540nm and 2.32104Lmol-1cm-1 respectively.Beers law is obeyed in the range of 01g/mL.The method is highly sensitive and selective and has been applied to the direct determination of vanadium in practical samples with satisfactory results.
