摘要
对ＰＣＢ的自动检测在信息化时代显得更为重要，该文对检测的关键步骤探针定位进行了研究。其基本原理是利用Ｈｏｕｇｈ 变换将边缘检测后的不连续边缘象素连接起来，最后达到判断出标志形状和位置的目的。
Hough transform is one ofthe m ost usefulm ethods to detectthe location of a certain m ark whose type is already know n. In this paper Hough transform is used to detectthe circle m ark on a printed circuitboard in order to find the circuit errorin the PCBinspection system .
