摘要
应用Davis 和Stiff 等预测CaCO3 结垢趋势和结垢严重程度的公式以及带压力注水系统中pH 值计算方法,对陈堡油田陈2 、陈3 块混合污水进行了CaCO3 结垢理论预测,通过库尔特粒径分析证实了理论预测结果。
The tendency to scaling of CaCO 3 in mixed produced water of Blocks Chenbao 2 and 3 is predicted by using Still Davis' stabilization index SI , Oddo Tomson's equation for downhole pH value, and Valone Skillern's criterium PTB . Both single produced waters of Blocks Chenbao 2 and 3 are not scaling at surface and downhole. Their mixture(1∶1 in volume) is scaling slightly at surface (50℃): SI =0.221, TPB =13.46; is scaling seriously downhole (80℃): SI =0.598, PTB =131.2. This prediction is verified by determinations of particle size and amount in single and mixed water samples.
