髓芯减压植骨联合自体骨髓干细胞移植治疗股骨头坏死的围手术期护理 被引量：3

摘要 股骨头坏死是骨科临床的常见疾病。因其发病机制复杂,临床上治疗非常棘手,中晚期多数患者不得不接受人工全髋关节置换术[1]。近年来,随着干细胞移植技术的应用,为股骨头坏死的早期治疗提供了良好的发展前景[2]。自2008年8月至2009年8月,我们采用髓芯减压植骨联合自体骨髓干细胞移植治疗早期股骨头坏死患者18例,取得了良好的效果。
