摘要 目的研究500层宝石CT在肠系膜动脉的临床应用价值。方法患者扫描前服用一定量的稀释泛影葡胺后进行动态CT增强扫描。扫描结束后将图像数据传至工作站进行Ⅲ期数据的筛选、三维重建、数字化处理。结果三维模型可高分辨力三维显示肠系膜上动脉、肠系膜上静脉的主干及5级分支,其受病变侵犯的情况可得到较明确的显示,可随意分割显示腹腔各模型脏器。结论 CT数据的三维重建及进一步数字化处理,能充分显示腹腔目标脏器的空间立体结构及病灶。更大意义在于数据来源地优化,为数字医学技术研究提供良好的数据来源。 Objective To study the clinical applications of 500-slice-row computed tomography in the mesenteric artery.Methods The patients were scanned prior to taking a certain amount of diluted diatrizoate.Dynamic enhanced CT scan with arterial phase,venous phase scan.Scanned image data was transmitted to the workstation for screening of Phase III data,three-dimensional reconstruction and digital processing.Results The high-resolution three-dimensional model can display the superior mesenteric artery,superior mesenteric vein branches of the trunk,and its violations of the disease can be obtained by a clearer display.It can easily split the models showing abdominal organs.Conclusion Reconstruction and further digital processing of computed tomography data can fully reveal the abdominal target organs in three-dimensional structure of space and focus.Greater significance is the data source optimized for digital medical technology to provide a good source of data.
