摘要
利用不同温度下润滑油运动粘度的测量数据,分析了温度对润滑油运动粘度测量误差的影响;基于泊肃叶方程式,推导了由测量温度和标定温度之差计算毛细管常数误差的公式。结果表明,运动粘度测量误差随温度计精度减少而增大;随着测量温度和标定温度之间的偏差增大,粘度计毛细管常数误差变大;当温度计精度不变时,运动粘度测量误差随测量温度降低而增大。
According to the measured data of kinematic viscosity of lubricant at different temperature,the influences of temperature on the measuring error of kinematic viscosity of lubricant were analyzed.Based on the Poiseuille′s equation,the formula of capillary constant error,which calculated from the difference between measuring temperature and calibration temperature,was obtained.The results showed that,the measuring error of kinematic viscosity increases with the decrease of precision of thermometer;As the deviation between experimental temperature and calibration temperature increases,the error of viscometer constant increases;when the precision of thermometer is constant,the measuring error of kinematic viscosity increases with the decrease of experimental temperature.
