摘要
沿海开发建设离不开人才的支撑,青年人才是沿海开发建设中的一支生力军,建设好青年人才队伍是沿海开发人才建设中的重中之重,新形势下的青年人才开发建设既要符合青年人才的特点,也要符合沿海开发建设的需求,科学构建青年人才梯队,创新青年人才培养的体制机制,营造青年人才创业的良好环境是青年人才建设的有效路径。
Coastal development and construction can not do without professionals,of whom the young talent constitutes the vigorous part.Effective cultivation of young talents is the priority of talent training.The talent cultivation in new situation has to match the youngsters＇ characteristics and meet the demand of coastal development strategy.The best way is to form talent team,reform talent mechanism,and create good environment for youth talents.
