摘要
本文针对机车质量控制系统设备故障征兆和故障原因对应关系的复杂性和多样性,开发了基于规则和基于实例相结合的基于Web Services的机车质量控制决策支持系统,研究了模糊产生式规则和模糊推理技术在故障诊断决策系统中的应用。通过引入面向对象技术和XML,使知识的复用、表达更加方便快捷,能较好的解决机车车辆的智能诊断和检测,提高了故障诊断的可靠性和速度,降低了设备的维修成本。
This paper aimed at locomotive quality control system equipment failure symptoms and the cause of the malfunction correspondence between the complexity and diversity,has developed a rule-based and case-based on the combination of Web Services locomotive quality control decision support systems which unifies the fuzzy production rules and fuzzy reasoning decision-making in fault diagnosis system applications. Through the introduction of object-oriented technology and XML,knowledge reuse,the expression is more convenient,can be better to solve the intelligent diagnosis and detection of the locomotive,improve on reliability and efficiency,reduce the cost of maintenance equipment.
