彩色多普勒监测子宫内膜与体外受精-胚胎移植研究进展 被引量:9

The New Research Progress of Endometrium Monitoring Measured by Color Doppler During in Vitro Fertilization and Embryos Transfer Cycles

摘要 子宫内膜容受性是胚胎成功种植的关键。通过经阴道彩色多普勒监测子宫内膜厚度、形态、容积、运动状态、血运状态等各因素可综合定性评价子宫内膜容受性,并通过子宫内膜血流参数定量评价子宫内膜容受性。总结彩色多普勒在体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)中的价值,探讨一种安全、无创、精确的新途径预测和提高IVF-ET妊娠率,降低多胎率。 To evaluate the receptivity of the endometrium comprehensively by qualitative assessment include endometrial thickness,echo pattern,volume,exercise status,blood circulation and other factors,and quantitative assessment include endometrial blood flow parameters by colour Doppler,to the purpuse of comprehensive evaluating the receptivity of the endometrium.The aim of this report is to summarize the value of colour Doppler in in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer(IVF-ET),and to find a safe,non-invasive and accurate way,which would guide embryo transfer,predict and improve IVF-ET pregnancy rate and decreasing multiple pregnancy rate.
