摘要
目的观察益心舒胶囊对舒张性心力衰竭(DHF)患者心功能及生活质量的影响。方法将110例舒张性心力衰竭患者随机分为两组。对照组52例,采用西医规范治疗;治疗组58例,在西医治疗基础上加用益心舒胶囊治疗。疗程3个月。观察两组临床疗效、中医证候积分、应用超声心动图(UCG)测定治疗前后心脏舒张功能指标、6 min步行试验(6MWT),评价患者活动耐量改善情况。结果治疗组总有效率为89.7%,优于对照组的78.8%(P<0.05)。两组治疗后中医症状积分、超声心动图指标、6 min步行试验结果均有改善,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在常规西医治疗基础上联合益心舒胶囊治疗舒张性心力衰竭,疗效优于单纯西医治疗。
Objective To observe the effects of Yixinshu capsule on the heart function and quality of life in the patients（pts） with diastolic heart failure.Methods One hundred and ten pts with diastolic heart failure were randomly divided into two groups：Control group（n=52） treated with routine treatment and treatment group（n=58） treated with Yixinshu capsule and routine treatment for three months.The clinical effect and traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） syndrome scores were observed.The diastolic function were determined by ultrasonic cardiogram and 6 minute walk test（6MWT） were performed.Results The total effective rate in treatment group was 89.7%,which was higher than that in control group（78.8%,P0.05）.After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores and parameters of the diastolic function were improved in two groups.The walking distances measured by 6MWT were extended（P0.05）.The effects in treatment group was better than that in control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Yixinshu capsule was effective to improve heart diastolic function in pts with diastolic heart failure.
