摘要
将云南松针与藏柏、樟树、滇青冈等非寄主植物叶片配成0g∶6g﹑1g∶5g﹑2g∶4g﹑3g∶3g﹑4g∶2g﹑5g∶1g﹑6g∶0g 7种比例置于"Y"型嗅觉仪反应臂中作为气味源,对照臂置6 g云南松针,观察云南切梢小蠹的嗅觉行为。结果表明:当非寄主在混合叶片中的比例较小时,非寄主植物对云南切梢小蠹的嗅觉行为影响较小。云南松针与非寄主叶片以4g∶2g﹑5g∶1g两种比例混合时,与混合叶片中全为云南松针(云南松针与非寄主叶片比例6g∶0g)相比,对云南切梢小蠹的诱引率相差小,最大相差8%。随着非寄主叶片所占比例的逐渐增大,叶片混合物对云南切梢小蠹的诱引率越来越小。当云南松针与非寄主叶片以1g∶5g﹑2g∶4g两种比例混合时,与混合叶片中全为云南松针相比,对云南切梢小蠹的诱引率下降最大值分别为32%和26%。
7 ratios of 0g∶6g,1g∶5g,2g∶4g,3g∶3g,4g∶2g,5g∶1g and 6g∶0g made of the pine needles of Pinus yunnanensis and leaves of Cupressustorulosa,Cinnamomum camphora and Cyclobalanopsis Oerst were put in the response arm of the Y-tube olfactometer as odor source,6g pine needles of Pinus yunnanensis was put the control arm,olfactory behavior of Tomicus yunnanensis was observed.The results showed that non-hosts had less impact on olfactory behavior of Tomicus yunnanensis,when the ratio was little in the mixed leaves.The ratios of 4g∶2g,5g∶1g of the pine needles and and leaves of non-hosts had less inducement rate on Tomicus yunnanensis compared with the pine needles(ratio∶ 6g∶0g),the maximum was 8%.The higher the ratios of non-hosts were,the lower the inducement rate on Tomicus yunnanensis was.Compared the ratios of 1g∶5g,2g∶4g of the pine needles and and leaves of non-hosts with the pine needles,the inducement rate would decline,the maximum were 32% and 26%.
