摘要
笔者通过认真学习和借鉴陶行知先生的教育思想,并把他的教育教学理论应用到教学实践中,做到因材施教、提倡自学、注重实践、鼓励学生做班级的"小教师"、开展"一帮一"结对子活动,取得了很好的教学效果。
The author study and learn from Tao Xingzhi＇s education thought,and use his educational theory applied to teaching practice,practice-oriented,encouraging students to do ＂class teacher＂,achieved good teaching results.
