摘要
岩锚梁是漫湾电站二期工程地下厂房施工中的关键部位,其开挖质量关乎着整个工程的安全与工期。为确保其开挖质量,在对工程情况具体分析的基础上,结合地下厂房岩锚梁区域第Ⅲ层中部拉槽开挖施工,进行了5组典型爆破工况试验。5种爆破工况基本代表了对岩锚梁存在影响的开挖爆破,试验数据代表性强、可靠度高,所回归出的爆破振动衰减规律不仅代表了存在的多种地质条件,还具有较高的准确度。在试验分析的基础上,给出了以岩锚梁为保护对象的开挖保护措施,为工程的顺利完成提供了重要的技术支撑。
The rock bolt crane girders is the key construction part in the second phase project of Manwan hydropower station,its excavation quality decides the whole construction security and days for construction.To ensure the quality of excavation,combining the central trenching excavation in third layer of the rock bolt crane girders area of the underground powerhouse,five typical blast condition tests have carried out on the basis of site situation.This five groups of blast′s condition basically reflect the blasting impact on rock bolt crane girders,the test data has strong representation and high reliability,the regressed attenuation law of blasting vibration has not only reflected the practical various geological condition,but also has high accuracy.Based on the test analysis,a series of protect measures for rock bolt crane girders as protect object are given,and provide important technical surpport for the project's successful completion.
