摘要
目的:研究利用热牙胶根管填充技术对根管进行治疗的临床效果。方法:选取我院门诊214例发生根尖周病变的根管病例,与常规根管填充作为对照,采用热牙胶进行根管填充,2个月后回访,对填充效果进行分析。结果:热牙胶根管填充组的治疗效果优于常规牙胶尖根管填充组。结论:热牙胶根管填充技术填充严密,不超充,可以用于填充侧支根管,能够显著提高根管治疗的成功率。
Objective： To investigate the effect of warm gutta-percha root-canal obturation technique on the clinical trial. Methods： A total of 214 patients whih the periapical lesion occurred were chosen for the test. The root of the teeth were filled with warm gutta-percha, after 2 months, the effect were compared with the normal technical. Results： The effect in warm gutta-percha root-canal obturation group was better than that of the normal group. Conclusion： The warm gutta-percha technique is strict and filling well. It can improve the successful ratio and filled with the branch of the root.
