摘要
论述了单片机应用系统可靠性工程的原理，运用该原理归纳了单片机应用系统出现故障的原因，总结出了提高单片机应用系统可靠性的方法。
The Principles of the relialbility engineering are discussed and the reasons why single chip computer application systems get troubles are summarized.The reliability of single chip computer application system can be improved by seven aspects discussed respectively.
