摘要
医疗机构目前正置身于一个全新的生存环境之中,必须进行经营管理的全面创新,才能实现医疗主体与社会环境的协调平衡。一是要建立新的服务模式,顺应卫生服务新需求,在服务观念、服务内容、服务方式上求变创新;二是强化医院管理、顺应社会经济发展带来的新挑战,包括医院经营管理者的求变创新、医疗质量管理的求变创新、医院经营方式的求变创新。
At present, medical organ has been facing with a new challenge. Only making an overall blazing new trails can we realize the balance between medical body and social environment Fisrt, there should be blazing new trails in medical care models so that we can respond the new daim in moderm medical coneepts. It ineludes the blazing new trails of the ideas of medical care, the medical care contents and the ways of medical care, second, to seek a blazing new trail in management models in order to adapt the challenge with the development of social economy it includes to bring forth a new idea of seeking changes in management and administration, quality administration and operational ways in hospitals.
