摘要
本文提出一种不等电位空心阴极放电现象,对该现象的发生条件、电流放大效果进行了实验测定,并对不等电位空心阴极效应的放电机理、放电特性及其影响因素进行了初步的理论分析,得出一些有益的结论。
This paper deals with a phenomenon about unequal potential hollow ca- thode.The happening condition of the phenomenon and effects of electric current amplification are determined.Mechanism on unequal potential ho- llow cathode discharge,characteristic of discharge and influential factors are analysed.
