摘要
本文利用重庆市开县357位农民工问卷调查的基础数据,建立有序Probit模型以分析农民工进城落户与宅基地退出的影响因素。研究表明,农村宅基地具有保障安居、以房养老、储备家庭财产以及支持副业生产等效用,农民工退出农村宅基地的意愿主要受宅基地的保障功能、经济补偿期望值、家庭经济收入状况、技能培训状况、家庭赡养人口状况等因素的影响。因此,在制定农民工进城落户与宅基地退出政策时,应适时建立统筹城乡的农村宅基地退出补偿机制,解除农民工退出宅基地的后顾之忧。
This paper is based on 357 migrant workers＇ questionnaire data from Kai County,and established the Order Probit model to analysis the factors of Migrant Workers who want to exit the Rural Residential Land and Settled into the city.The results show that the rural housing have some utilities such as protection of living,reserve family property,pension,support sideline production,etc.The migrant workers exit the rural residential land or not is affected by the rural residential land in the old-age security function,expectations on the replacement housing area,family economic income of migrant workers,skills training condition and the number of the elderly and children need to support.Therefore,we should establish the rural housing exit compensation mechanism which is integrated development strategy of urban and rural areas as quickly as possible.
