摘要
目的:探讨中药对支气管哮喘实验病理形态学干预的研究。方法:从中药对支气管哮喘动物模型嗜酸性细胞;辅助性T细胞(help T cell,Th)Th1、Th2亚群;内皮素(ET);白蛋白CD4+T细胞、CD8+T细胞含量及病理组织的影响展开进行论述。结果与结论:通过中药对支气管哮喘实验病理形态学干预的研究,了解中药治疗支气管哮喘的作用机制及对病理组织的不同影响以便更好的指导临床用药。
Objective：To investigate the research status of Chinese herbs on the experimental pathological morphology of bronchial asthma.Methods：To discuss the influence of Chinese herbs on the content and pathological tissues of acidophic cells,Th1 and Th2 subsets,endothelin（ET）,CD4 and CD8 T cells.Results and conclusion： From the research of Chinese herbs on the experimental pathological morphology of bronchial asthma,the mechanism of using Chinese medicine in the treatment of bronchial asthma and different influences on the pathological tissues were understood,thus providing better guidance for clinical medication.
