摘要
采用生长速率法测定了5种常用有机溶剂对5种植物病原真菌的抑制毒力。结果表明,甲醇和丙酮对病原菌的毒力较低,其中丙酮对棉花黄萎病菌、苹果炭疽病菌、小麦赤霉病菌和小麦纹枯病菌等4种病原菌,甲醇对棉花黄萎病菌、苹果炭疽病菌和小麦赤霉病菌等3种病原菌的的有效中浓度高于20μL/mL。杀菌剂筛选中可以优先考虑以甲醇和丙酮作为溶剂。
Growth rate method was applied to test inhibiton toxicity of 5 organic solvents against 5 plant pathogenic fungi.The experiment results showed that methanol and acetone had lower toxicity.The effective concentration of acetone on Verticillium dahliae,Glomerella cingulata,Gibberella zeae and Rhizoctonia cerealis,methanol on Verticillium dahliae,Glomerella cingulata and Gibberella zeae were higher than 20μL/mL.Acetone and methanol were better selection as solvent in fungicide screening.
