摘要
总结50例食管超声心动图引导下小儿室间隔缺损微创封堵术的手术配合。对于非体外循环下心室穿刺封堵膜部室间隔缺损,既需要医生有高超的技术,也需要有经验护士的密切配合。巡回护士术前充分准备和器械护士熟练的操作配合是手术成功的充分保证。
To summarize the 50 cases under the guidance of transesophageal echocardiography in children with veutricular septal defect treated with minhnally invasive surgical occlusion. The off-pump cardiac puncture closure of membranous ventricular septal defect requires doetors＇ good skill and experienced nurses＇ close collaboration. Sufficient preoperative preparation and proficient cooperation of nurses guarantee successful operations.
