摘要
目的分析中青年人缺血性脑卒中发病率增高的原因及其危险因素。方法对58例中青年（15~45岁）缺血性脑卒中住院患者进行回顾性分析。结果男性多于女性,40~45岁发病率最高。病因主要为高血压动脉硬化。结论高血压动脉硬化是中青年缺血性脑卒中的主要病因,这可能与男性青年嗜烟、酒多及不健康的生活方式有关。
Objective Toseek the method of reducing the morbidity of ischemic stroke by means of analyzing the causes of incidence increase.Methods To analyze retrospectively etiology of ischemic sroke in 58 hospitalized patients With young and middle adults.Results The morbidity of ischemic stroke in male Patients is higher than female ones.The morbidity of ischemic stroke is the highest in patients with 40~45 years.The hypertensive arteriosclerosis is main cause.Conclusion The hypertensive arteriosclerosis is main cause in patients with young and middle adults.This is likely related with excessive smoking and drinking the unhealthy mode of life,etc.
