摘要
链状亚历山大藻是一种能产生麻痹性贝毒的有害赤潮藻类,研究环境因子对链状亚历山大藻生长特性的综合影响,找到链状亚历山大藻生长的适宜条件,对有效预报赤潮形成具有十分重要的意义。本文设计了四因素三水平的正交实验,研究了温度、盐度、营养盐、光照强度等环境因子对链状亚历山大藻生长特性的影响。结果表明,在实验范围内,链状亚历山大藻生长最佳条件为温度20℃,盐度30,光照强度5 000 lx,培养基中氮磷含量为基础f/2培养液配方中氮磷含量的3倍。通过极差分析得出影响链状亚历山大藻生长的因素强弱顺序是:温度>光照强度>起始氮磷含量>盐度。本实验中四个因素对链状亚历山大藻生长都有显著影响,其中温度影响最大。
Alexandrium catenella is a kind of harmful red tide algae which can produce paralytic shellfish toxins(PSTs).Study on the combined effects of environmental factors on growth characteristics of Alexandrium catenella is very important for forecasting the formation of red tide.An orthogonal test L9(34) was designed to study the combined effects of temperature,salinity,nutrient concentration and light intensity on the growth characteristics of Alexandrium catenella.Results showed that the optimal culturing conditions for Alexandrium catenella was under 25 ℃,salinity 30,three times of nitrate / phosphate concentrations of f /2 culture medium and 10 000 lx light intensity.Different levels of temperature,initial nitrogen and phosphorus content,light intensity and salinity could significantly influence the growth of Alexandrium catenella,and temperature was the most influential factor.
