摘要 用高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)、三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)、耐高温树脂和无卤阻燃剂制备耐高温的绝缘材料。该共混体系经过氧化物交联后,其耐高温性能大大提高,且拉伸强度和阻燃性能都有所提高,可在150℃下长期使用,氧指数达到31%以上。研究了阻燃剂的加入对共混体系的力学性能、阻燃性能、电性能及耐高温性能的影响。结果表明:阻燃剂的加入,大幅度降低了共混体系的机械性能,一定程度上降低了共混体系的体积电阻率,改善了共混体系的阻燃性能和热老化性能。耐高温树脂的加入和交联对体系的热老化和阻燃性能有很大的贡献。 The high-temperature resistance insulation material was prepared with HDPE, EPDM,high-temperature resistance resin and halogen-free flame retardant. The high-tem- perature resistance, the tensile strength, and flame retardancy of the blending system are improved by peroxide crosslinking. For instance, the thermal-endurance temperature is a- bove 150 ~C, and oxygen index is above 31 O/6o. The effects of the flame retardant agent addi- tion on the mechanical properties, flame-retardancy, electrical properties and high-tempera- ture resistance of the blending system were researched. The results show that the mechani- cal properties of the blending system are significantly reduced, and the volume resistivity is reduced to a certain extent, the flame retardancy and thermal endurance properties are im- proved. The addition of high-temperature resistance resin and crosslinking can improve the flame retardancy and thermal endurance properties.
