摘要
2010年4月,河南省新乡市某猪场仔猪发生疑似副猪嗜血杆菌病,通过流行病学调查、临床症状及病理变化观察,结合实验室诊断,确诊为副猪嗜血杆菌病。药敏试验表明,分离菌株对氟苯尼考、氨苄西林钠及阿奇霉素较为敏感。为临床副猪嗜血杆菌病的防控提供了参考。
Piglets were suspected sufferring from Haemophilosis parasuis in a piggery of Xinxiang in Henan province in April 2010,and diagnosed as Haemophilosis parasuis disease based on epidemiological investigation,clinical symptoms,pathological lesions and laboratory tests.The drug sensitivity test results showed that the strain was more sensitive to florfenico,ampicillin sodium and azithromycin than others.This study provided a reference for prevention and control of Haemophilosis parasuis.
