摘要
目的:建立惊热散的定性鉴别方法。方法:采用显微鉴别法与薄层色谱法对惊热散进行定性鉴别。结果:显微鉴别特征明显;薄层色谱鉴别斑点清晰,阴性对照无干扰。结论:该方法简便、可靠,操作性强,可用于惊热散定性鉴别。
Objective：To establish a qualitative method for the identification of Jingresan.Method： The microscopic identification and TLC were adopted to analyze Jingresan.Result：The microscopic characteristics were notable;The differentiative spots of TLC were fairly clear,and the blank test showed no interference.Conclusion：The method was simple,reliable and highly operative;It can be used in the qualitative identification of Jingresan.
