摘要
就业指导课程是高校开展就业指导服务工作的重要载体和有效途径。医学院校就业指导课程建设存在一些问题和不足。因此,要针对医学院校及医学生的实际,采取一系列对策和建议来改进医学院校的就业指导课程建设。
Career Guidance Course in College is an important and effective way to the carrier guidance.There are some problem in Career Guidance Course in medical colleges.So According the real of medical institutions and medical students.a series of countermeasures and suggestions should be taken to improve it.
