摘要
举办全国职业院校技能大赛,是我国职教工作的重大设计和创新,是深化职业教育改革的重要途径。介绍了在高职院校开展职业技能比赛活动的体系构建和训练方法,分析了职业技能大赛对高职专业教学改革方向的引导作用。技能大赛对于提高学生实践能力、职业技能,以及提升学生的就业竞争力起到了较大的促进作用。
To organize national vocational students＇ skills competition is the work of China＇s vocational education major design and innovation,and is an important way to deepen the vocational education reform as well.This paper describes system building and training methods of vocational skill competitions in higher vocational colleges.The skills competitions can increase practical ability of students,train vocational skills of skilled personnel,and enhance the employability and competitiveness of students.
