摘要
目的探讨一种简单、无创、高效、经济、患者痛苦小的诱导气管深部痰液的方法,以获取下呼吸道分泌物,同时缓解患者的气道阻塞,改善通气功能,有利于炎症的控制及抗生素的合理选择,配合临床上做痰液的各种化验和分析。方法将80例患者随机分为高渗盐水组和改良高渗盐水组,两组患者一般情况和疾病情况大致相同。高渗盐水组用3%高渗盐水雾化吸入诱导排痰,改良组用沐舒坦和高渗盐水联合吸入诱导排痰,其他方法两组相同。结果改良高渗盐水组诱导痰液量多,成功率高,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论给无痰或痰液稀少、痰液粘稠的呼吸系统疾病患者留取痰液标本时,可选择改良高渗盐水沐舒坦液雾化吸入,以获取满意的痰液标本。
Objective The aim of this article was to explore a simple, noninvasive, effective, and little discomfortable method of inducing the sputum in deep trachea, obtaining the secretions in the lower respiratory tract, alleviating the airway-blocking symptom and improving the ventilate function for patients. Which could be helpful to the control of the inflammation and the reasonable selection of antibiotics, could cooperate with various clinic tests and analysis of sputum. Methods 80 patients were randomly divided into hypertonic saline group and improved hypertonic saline group. The general condition and illness of the two groups of patients were the same. Hypertonic saline group was used with 3 % permeability brine aerosol inhalation to induce row sputum,improved group was treated with the joint of ambroxol hydrochloride injection and high permeability brine to induce row sputum, others among the two groups were the same. Results Improved high permeability saline group induced more sputum volume,success rate was high in this group. Difference between the two groups was very significant ( P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion To the respiratory disease patients with no phlegm .or sputum exiguous, improved high permeability saline with atomizing inhalation can be chosen to obtain satisfactory sputum specimens.
