摘要
贫困研究大约有100多年的历史,贫困的含义及其测定也随着研究的深入及社会的发展发生了显著变化。对贫困含义和测定研究的深入,有助于推动减贫战略和措施选择。到目前为止,从贫困含义所反映的内容看,贫困可以概括为收入贫困、能力贫困和权利贫困。基于贫困含义及其测定演进的视角,察看中国在贫困方面存在的问题,并提出相应对策。
The research on poverty has had more than 500 years＇history, and there are sig- nificant changes in the concept and measurement of poverty with the deepening of researches and the changing of society. In - depth studies on the concept and measurement of poverty are helpful to promote poverty reduction strategies and measurement choices. So far, according to the content of poverty, its content can be summarized as income poverty, capability poverty and rights poverty. The author observes poverty problems in China based on the evolution of the concept and measurement of poverty.
