摘要
水泥分解炉的温度是一种典型的非线性和多耦合复杂控制对象,采用常规控制方法很难获得满意的控制效果。该文提出了分解炉出口温度的多变量模糊控制的解决方案,并根据云南某企业2 000 t/d新型干法水泥生产线DCS的历史数据,在获得分解炉出口温度动态数学模型的基础上,进行了基于VB的多变量模糊控制仿真研究,得到了较好的实时响应曲线,表明其控制算法的有效性。
The cement decomposing furnace is a typical nonlinearity,strong coupling and complexity control object.The conventional control algorithm is very difficult to obtain satisfying effect.This paper proposes the multivariable fuzzy control plan to control the temperature of decomposing furnace.And according to the historical data of 2 000 t/d new dry process cement production line DCS in an enterprise in Yunnan,and based on obtaining the dynamic mathematical models of decomposition furnace outlet temperature,this paper studies multivariable fuzzy control simulation based on VB.Getting a better real-time response curve,and indicating that the control algorithm is effective.
