摘要
压疮是长期卧床患者尤其是老年、昏迷患者常见的并发症。随着人口老龄化,压疮的发生率也呈上升趋势。一旦发生压疮,不仅给患者带来极大的痛苦,增加经济负担,而且影响疾病的康复及预后。因此,压疮的预防和护理是十分重要的。在临床工作当中压疮的预防显得重中之重。文章主要对各种压疮辅具进行综述。
Pressure ulcer is a common comphcation in bed-ridden patients, especillay in the old and comatose patients. As the old people getting more and more, the incidence of pressure ulcer is raising. Pressure ulcer do not only means distressful to patients, increasing economic burden, but also affecting the healing of the diseases. Therfore, the prevention and nursing care is important.
