银杏叶提取物对星形胶质细胞增殖周期的影响 被引量:3

Effects of Ginkgo Biloba Extract on Cell Increasing Cycle in Astrocytes

摘要 目的:探讨银杏叶提取物(EGb)对体外培养的大鼠大脑皮质星形胶质细胞(Ast)增殖周期的影响。方法:体外培养、纯化及鉴定大鼠大脑皮质Ast;MTT比色法选择EGb作用浓度;1×10-7μL·L-1EGb50μL分别加入对照组和实验组培养液;利用流式细胞仪分析技术检测细胞周期。结果:随着Ast培养时间的延长,12h内EGb诱导Ast进入S期+G2/M期的细胞百分率有上升趋势,但24h后稍有下降。结论:EGb可通过影响Ast的细胞周期促进Ast的增殖。 Aim:To explore the effects of Ginkgo biloba extract(EGb) on cell increasing cycle in cultured astrocytes from cerebral cortex of rat in vitro. Methods:Astrocytes from rat cerebral cortex were cultured,purified and identified. The concentration of the drugs were selected by MTT assay. 50 μL EGb(1×10-7 μL·L-1) were added to the control group and experimental group respectively. Cell cycle were tested by flow cytometry. Results:During culturing with EGb,the percentage of the astrocytes in cell S+G2/M phase was increased within 12 hours,but decreased a little after 24 hours. Conclusion:There is direct effect on cell cycle of astrocytes in rats treated with EGb.
