摘要
环境噪声监测技术是把握城市噪声污染现状,进行实验室研究、预测研究的基础,也是进行环境噪声科学有效控制的基础。因此,探讨噪声污染的特点,建设有效的区域环境噪声污染监测措施,并采取相应的控制措施,把噪声污染降低到最低限度,这对于减轻区域环境噪声污染具有十分重要的现实意义。
Environmental noise monitoring technology is the basis of putting urban noise pollution status into the laboratory to conduct study and predict the study and also the basis of effectively control of environmental noise.Therefore,it is very important to discuss the feature of noise pollution,build the effective area environment noise pollution supervision measure and take the related control measure to lower the noise pollution to the lowest limit which is of great practical meaning for the reducing of area environmental noise pollution.
