摘要
目的评价护理干预在慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者中的护理效果。方法随机将100例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者分为观察组和对照组各50例,观察组给予护理干预,对照组仅在就诊时进行宣教,3个月后比较两组患者的生活质量。结果观察组患者生活质量明显好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论护理干预可以提高慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的生活质量,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To evaluate the effects of the nursing intervention in patients with COPD.Methods 100 cases of patients with COPD were randomly divided into the investigation group（50 cases）and the control group（50 cases）,the former took the nursing intervention for 3 months,patients in control group received health education only when they missionary doctor,and then compared the life quality of them.Results The life quality of investigation group was better than that of the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion The nursing intervention for patients with COPD can improve life quality.
