摘要
河北省南部电网随着电压等级逐渐提高,电磁环网的存在给电网安全稳定运行带来隐患。针对河北南网合环运行存在的问题,提出河北南网解环方案,并研究了该方案的静态电压稳定性。从静态电压稳定水平概念出发,通过公式推导得出解环后电网的电压稳定水平会比解环前有所下降,因此解环后电网静态电压稳定薄弱区域是否面积扩大可作为评判解环方案可行性的依据。又基于2010年夏季运行方式采用模态分析法计算得到解环前后的电网薄弱母线和薄弱区域,得出该解环方案切实可行的结论。
With the increase of voltage level of Hebei Southern Power Grid, electromagnetic loop network poses a potential threat to the safe and stable operation of the grid. In the light of the problems in coupled electromagnetic loop operation of Hebei Southern Power grid, this paper proposes its decoupling scheme, and studies the static voltage stability when implementing the scheme. Considering the concept of the static voltage stability, based on formula derivation, this paper pointed out that the voltage stability of decoupled loop network will reduce than that of the electromagnetic loop network. Therefore, whether the grid static voltage stability weak area expands widely after decoupling can be used as a feasible criterion to estimate the decoupling scheme. The paper obtained the grid weak buses and weak areas before and after decoupling by using modal analysis according to the operation mode in the summer of 2010, and concluded that the decoupling scheme is feasible.
