摘要
目的介绍替硝唑乳膏的制备及质量控制方法。方法以替硝唑为原料制备替硝唑乳膏,用紫外分光度法测定替硝唑的含量,并观察其稳定性。结果制剂中主药替硝唑的平均回收率为99.88%,RSD为0.28%(n=9)。结论该制剂稳定,制备工艺简单实用,质量控制方法可靠。
Objective To introduce the preparation and quality control method of Tinidazole Cream.Methods To prepare Tinidazole Cream with tinidazole as raw material and to measure the content of tinidazole directly by UV spectrophotometry.Its stable quality was observed.Results The average recovery rate of tinidazole was 99.88%,RSD=0.28%（n=9）.Conclusion This preparation method is simple and the quality of products is stable.The product is suitable for the hospital preparation and application in clinic.
