柑桔溃疡病防治药剂的筛选研究 被引量:16

摘要 对24种药剂进行柑桔溃疡病菌的室内毒力筛选。结果表明,噻霉酮、溴菌腈和农用链霉素的抑菌效果较好。选择噻霉酮、溴菌腈、农用链霉素、菌立清、松脂酸铜、甲基硫菌灵.异菌脲等10种药剂进行田间药效试验,春雷霉素400倍液(防效78.63%)、噻霉酮900倍液(防效77.01%)、琥胶肥酸铜600倍液(防效73.46%)、农用链霉素1 000倍液(防效72.77%)对柑桔溃疡病防治效果较好,推荐生产上使用生物制剂春雷霉素及农用链霉素。 In order to screen high-effective medicaments, 24 fungicides which had strong antimicrobiat effect on the strain Xanthomonas axonopodis pv. cirri were chosen. The results showed that the effect of benziothiazolinone, streptomycin and bromothalonil were stronger. Field experiments of 10 tested fun- gicides indicated that the control effects of kasugamycin 400 x ( the efficacy values of 78. 63% ), benziothiazolinone 900X(the efficacy values of 77. 01% ) and copper (succinate + glutarate + adipate) 600 X (the efficacy values of 73.46% ) were significant. Kasugamycin and streptomycin, derived from bio- logical agents, were recommended as the routine bactericides for the control of citrus canker.
