摘要
针对机械式剪板机二维设计方法存在的缺点,采用虚拟设计技术,在SolidWorks2009环境下采取整体建模、虚拟装配及检验、有限元分析和生成工程图4个步骤完成了Q11-13×2500型机械式剪板机的虚拟设计,缩短了开发周期,提高了产品质量。
The three-dimensional virtual design method is raised in this paper because of the disadvantages of the conventional two-dimensional design method of the mechanical plate shears.To finish the virtual design of the Q11-13×2500 mechanical plate shears,the holistic modeling、assembling and testing、finite element analysis and generating engineering drawings are adopted,which has shortened product lead-time and improved product quality.
