摘要
在UG三维设计平台下进行二次开发,开发出在用户自定义下的自动化干涉检查的功能模块。该模块提供了配置文件和直接输入2种用户自定义零件干涉检查的方式,能按自定义要求自动完成大批量零件间的干涉检查,完整输出干涉检查的结果,方便用户在三维模型中查看干涉实体。
In order to increase the efficiency of interference checking in mould design, a customized automatic interference checking module was developed based on a secondary development on the UG 3D design platform. This module provides two customized methods for interference checking: configuration files and direct input. The interference checking among a large amount of components can be automatically achieved according to the customization and a complete result of checking is provided, which help users to view the interference entity in 3D model easily.
