摘要
新场沙溪庙组气藏具有"纵向厚度大、平面展布广、盖层遮蔽性能好、盖层与产层应力差值明显"等适合于大型加砂压裂改造的地质基础和条件。前期采用中小规模压裂时,表现出"产量递减快、稳产效果差"等不利于气藏提高整体采收率的状况。通过对制约和影响大型压裂效果的关键工艺技术攻关研究,形成了以造长缝为核心的大型压裂关键工艺技术方法,并成功完成了加砂规模200.5m3的超大型压裂现场试验。现场实践表明:大型压裂具有"稳产效果好、勘探评价效益优"等特点,为新场沙溪庙组气藏"厚大型"储层高效开发和勘探扩边评价奠定了坚实基础,为国内类似储层改造提供了有益参考。
Featured by great thickness in vertical, wide distribution in plane, good sealing of caprock, obvious stress-difference between caprock and producing layer, gas reservoir of Shaximiao Formation, Xinchang gasfield, is suitable for large-scale sandfracturing. During the initial period, the small to middle-scale fracturing is adopted, resulting in rapid production decline and unstable yield. It, s not conducive to enhancing recovery. Through the research on the key technology influencing large-fracturing effect,this paper forms a technology centering on long-fracture making, and completes successfully a field test of ultra-large-scale fracturing with 200.5 m3 sanding scale. Result shows that the large-scale fracturing can stabilize yield effectively and bring good benefit.Moreover, it provides a useful reference for the similar reservoirs.
