摘要
针对第19次互联网报告探讨了我国数字鸿沟的现状,指出数字鸿沟所反映的突出问题。针对这些问题,在信息政策、政策的法制化建设以及信息素养教育方面提出了一些想法。
Based on the 19th internet report,the paper discussed the status of the digital divide in our country,pointed out the outstanding problems that the digital divide reflected.To solve these problems,the author made some constructive countermeasures from information policy,legal system construction of policies and information literacy education.
