摘要
为提高穿巷开采的效率,合理确定巷道临界宽度,基于巷道周围极限平衡区宽度的增加而导致围岩的失稳破坏,通过对影响巷道临界宽度的煤岩体物理力学参数、原岩应力、人为扰动程度等主要因素的系统分析,运用极限平衡理论,推导得出了巷道围岩极限平衡区宽度的计算公式和巷道临界宽度的理论表达式。结合邢东矿工业广场保护煤柱的煤层条件和常用的锚杆直径20和22mm、间排距为0.8 m×0.8 m的支护形式,计算得出了穿巷开采巷道的临界宽度分别为5.93和7.12 m,以此为依据进行采留比设计,成功地实现了永久损失煤柱穿巷开采。
In order to improve the mining rate of the passing through gateways and to rationally set up the critical width of the gateway,based on the surrounding rock stability lost and failure by the width increasing of the limit equilibrium zone in the gateway surrounding rock,with the systematic analysis on the physical mechanics parameter of the coal and rock mass,the in-situ rock stress,the man-made disturbance grade and other factors affected to the critical width of the gateway,the limit equilibrium was applied to infer the calculation formula of the width for the limit equilibrium zone of the gateway surrounding rock and the theoretical expression of the critical width for the gateway.In combination with the seam conditions of the coal protective pillars under the Industrial Square of Xingdong Mine and under the support mode of the bolt with a diameter of 20 mm and 22 mm and the row space of 0.8 mm×0.8 mm,the critical width of the mining gateway passing through the gateways would be 5.93 m and 7.12 m individually.Based on the above reference,the mining and residuum ratio could be designed and thus a practices on the pillar mining passing through the permanent coal pillars was successfully realized.
