摘要
目的:对临床路径管理试点工作中存在的问题进行总结分析,为临床路径管理试点工作开展过程中相关问题的解决提供参考,为有关政策的制定提供依据。方法:本文针对督导过程中试点医院存在的一部分共性问题进行归纳分析,提出建议。结果:试点医院存在对临床路径工作开展的目的和意义理解不清、对进入临场路径患者变异和退出的情况掌握不到位、对临床路径文本本地化的问题不明确等一系列问题。结论:临床路径管理试点工作是公立医院改革的核心内容之一,各试点省市及试点医院应该明确思想,统一认识,促进临床路径管理工作有序开展。
Objectives： To summarize problems in clinical pathway management pilot work and give recommendations and to give evidence for policy making.Methods： Induction method was used to summarize common problems in pilot hospitals and suggestions were given.Results： unclear understanding of objectives and meaning of developing clinical pathway management,unclear of patient variation and withdrawal and fail of localization were common problems in pilot work.Conclusions： Clinical pathway management is the core content of public hospital reform.Pilot hospitals in all pilot provinces should unified recognition to promote pilot work effective development.
