摘要
科研管理创新是科技创新的重要保证,核心是管理观念、模式、方法和手段的创新。文章在论述管理实践成效与存在问题的基础上,从管理的观念、模式、手段、内容等方面探讨了基层农业科研单位科研管理创新的路径。
Management innovation of scientific research is the guarantee to scientific innovation. Innovation of management concept, management methods and management model are the core of management innovation. This article first discusses the result of management practice and its problems, and then discusses the path of scientific research management in grass- roots agricultural research institutes from the perspective of management concept, methods and model.
