不同级配再生粗骨料性能试验研究 被引量:1

EXPERIMENTAL INVESTIGATION ON PROPERTIES OF RECYCLED COARSE AGGREGATE UNDER DIFFERENT GRADATION

摘要 通过对3种不同最大粒径的再生混凝土试块的试验表明,再生粗骨料无论是连续级配还是单粒级,其表观密度、堆积密度都比天然碎石低,含水率、压碎指标值、吸水率偏高,但连续级配和单粒级的各项性能也互有差别。再生混凝土和易性随用水量增大及外掺料的加入而提高,但强度会因其增加而降低。 It was tested the physical and mechanical properties of recycled coarse aggregate under the different gradation,and designed three kind recycled concrete specimens of different maximum particle sizes,and the concluded by analyzing data: Recycled coarse aggregate,regardless of the continuous gradation or the single gradation,its apparent density,bulk density were all lower than the natural crushed stone,but the moisture content,the crush indicators and water-absorptivity are greater;but the continuous gradation and the single gradation performances were also different.The recycled concrete workability increases with the water consumption and addition of mixture,but the intensity was reduced.
