摘要
目的鉴定1株产新骨架免疫抑制剂的大刀螳螂肠道真菌IFB-TL01。方法根据菌株形态特征、ITS序列进行分析、鉴定,利用Microstation BIOLOG微生物鉴定系统评价生理生化特征。结果该菌具有典型多节孢菌特征(Nodulisporium-like)的无性产孢结构,ITS序列与光轮层炭壳菌(Daldinia eschscholzii)同源性最高,相似度达99%,生理生化测试结果与光轮层炭壳菌相符。结论菌株IFB-TL01属于炭球菌属,与该属光轮层炭壳种最为接近。
Objective To identify a fungus IFB-TL01 producing high immunosuppressive drugs with unprecedented carbon skeleton from Tenodera aridifolia. Method Morphology characteristics and ITS sequences were used to identify the fungus. Physiological and biochemical properties were checked by Microstation BIOLOG system. Result The conidiogenous structure of IFB-TL01 was a typical Nodulisporium-like branching pattern. The analysis of ITS sequences showed that the sequence homology of strain IFB-TL01 was 99% with Daldinia eschscholzii. Physiological and biochemical properties of strain IFB-TL01 was consistent with Daldinia eschscholzii. Conlusion By comparing the characteristics of morphology and the analysis of ITS sequences, the strain of IFB-TL01 was identified as Daldinia sp., which was most close to Daldinia eschscholzii.
