摘要
为了深入研究绕线式异步电机在定子侧和转子侧进行变频调速的异同,采用理论分析、仿真研究和实验相结合的方式,分别在绕线机的定子侧和转子侧进行变频调速的带载研究,通过调节电机所带的负载,得到负载转矩与转速的数量关系,绘制出绕线电机转子侧和定子侧的机械特性曲线,结果与理论分析和仿真结论相吻合,得到在绕线电机的转子侧可以进行调速,电机能够平稳运行,相同频率下转子侧变频时的机械特性相对较软的结论。
In order to research the difference between stator and rotor side variable frequency speed regulation of winding type asynchronous motor,the paper carries out the variable frequency speed-governing experiment both in the stator and rotor side though theoretical analysis,simulation research and experiment.It gets the numerical relationship between load torque and speed through regulating the load,draws the mechanical characteristic curve lateral side of the stator to research the different between the stator and the rotor side of the winding machine while regulating speed by changing frequency.The conclusion is consistent with the theoretical analysis simulation results,and the winding motor's speed can be adjusted in the side of the rotor and run smoothly.The rotor side mechanical properties is softer than the stator side when the motor is in the stable operation.
