摘要 结合用FRP筋封装的光纤光栅传感器即FRP-OFBG智能复合筋和钢绞线的力学特性,研制出了在钢绞线拉索中直接增加FRP-OFBG的智能钢绞线。通过其在受力时波长的改变值,推算出结构受力截面的应变值,可以有效地对预应力结构在出现裂缝时进行预警。采用FRP-OFBG智能钢绞线测量结构在荷载作用下的应力应变精度高,受外界干扰因素少,重复性能好,且基本不影响原有钢绞线的力学特性,在土木工程领域有广阔的应用前景。 Based on the mechanical property of FRP-OFBG intelligence reinforced complex and steel strand,this paper researches direct addition of FRP-OFBG intelligence steel strand in the bracing wire.We can calculate the strain value of the stress section of structure through the change value of stress wavelength so as to effectively pre-warn the breaking of prestrain structure.FRP-OFBG intelligence steel strand is adopted to accurately measure stress and strain of structure under the function of load.It has little interference and good repetition performance.What's more,it does not influence the mechanical property of the original steel strand and finds wide application in the civil engineering.
